About These Poems

These poems are inspiring yoga teachings explained in practical lessons so that you can use this philosophy to improve and begin to take control of your destiny. The author has been studying yoga for over 30 years under the guidance of renowned EDUCO originator, Dr Tony Quinn.

Each of the pieces featured in this website were written by the author in a matter of minutes from a state of meditation. Most of them are in verse and each one is a complete lesson in itself.
